About the role This position is a Senior Leader for Engineering Operations to support creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Engineering programs at Four Seasons Hotel & Residences at The Surf Club including Residential project Seaway. This role will be responsible for their home hotel Engineering duties and will also act as a support role for the Directors of Engineering for a particular Area, or group of hotels. The overall responsibility of our Engineering leaders are to provide a high level of property maintenance, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention toward safety, security and asset protection through plan, organize, direct and control the work of employees and managers in the engineering division activities in providing the technical service and building maintenance systems, and in overall administration and operation while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests through product highest standard of quality What you will do The Senior Director of Engineering will as require coordinate with the property Engineering Directors to establish the necessary protocol, maintenance procedures, and standards of execution to ensure proper maintenance of our properties. They will have a set area of hotel and residences under their responsibility and will work directly with the property teams as needed. Will involve travel to properties, site meetings and visits. They will coordinate with RDOE who represent the Corporate Office in assisting with brand programs, initiatives, and procedures. What you bring Bachelor’s Degree

Related Professional Certification is a plus

5 years experience as Director of Engineering ·

Proven leadership skills both inside and outside a property

Strong knowledge of HotSOS a plus.

Strong knowledge of the business and operational side of lodging or real estate in addition to the required experience is a plus.

Computer literacy at high level to include Microsoft Windows environment, Excel, Word, Access, etc.
