Overall Digital Strategy Management
Alignment with Oversight of the Digital Team, External & Internal Digital Client Relations (ownerships, VG operations team, & VG support departments), Training & Mentorship, Budgeting & Financial Collaboration, Vendor Relations, Digital Performance Analysis, and Brainstorm New Products/Services for GREENWORKS Studio. Reports to SVP GWS, Direct Reports would be Digital Marketing Manager, Reputation Manager, Website Manager, and any new hire growth position.
Develop digital marketing analysis for individual properties, regional campaign initiatives, and recruiting efforts. (Financial Estimates, Repositioning Strategies, Lease-Up Strategies, Presentation Materials, and more).
Develop digital marketing financial estimates related to digital marketing analysis provided and/or generated.
Attend Transition and Disposition calls to maintain Transition and Disposition Boards as current in Project Management Software (Monday.com), for GWS team alignment and management.
Maintain Media Plan Dashboard for GWS team alignment.
Run Social Media Content Management Service.
Assist in naming proposals in collaboration with internal team members.
Establish team KPIs and ensure digital channels meet or exceed all financial and engagement targets. Work with Digital and Business Analytics team to automate more of the digital reporting and continue to find new ways to deliver digital reporting to clients.
Gain understanding into customer needs through collection of competitive landscape analysis, audits, A/B testing, usage/success analysis; making adjustments to strategy and execution as needed.
Evaluate and implement new tools and programs to improve workflows for the GREENWORKS Studio team. Continue overseeing and provide support on Monday.com and PandaDoc which are the most recent tools that have been introduced to the team.
Evaluate all current outside vendors utilized by the GREENWORKS Studio team to ensure we have the best partners in the digital space and make recommendations for change if needed to ensure we hit revenue goals and provide the most up-to-date marketing strategies to our clients. Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with vendors and third-party clients, annually.
Achieve financial objectives by assisting in preparing an annual GWS budget as needed alongside SVP and Senior Director of Operations; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Build (as needed) and manage the digital marketing team ensuring clear, integrated team goals with delineated roles and responsibilities to support client's needs. Schedule weekly meetings with direct reports as a group and individual check-in calls to ensure project workload is manageable.
Attend annual in-person meetings in Detroit to collaborate, brainstorm, and work together as a team. Meetings to be held a couple times a year or as needed.
Interfaces with outside clients and/or RSMD's to convey the services offered by GREENWORKS Studio and how those services match up with their asset. This can be for potential Village Green clients during the RFP process, current VG clients, and potential outside clients solely for GREENWORKS Studio.
Main partner and bridge to IT/Digital Team & Operations Support. Work with them on analytics, dashboards, be the go between IT/BA/GWS on transitions, dispositions, and stabilized sites.
Schedule reoccurring monthly meetings (as needed) with the RSMD's to understand on-site trends, digital marketing needs, additional support needed, etc.
Participate and join calls with the IT/BA/Digital Team to keep line of communication open and provide any updates they need from the GREENWORKS Studio side of the house, as needed.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Responsible to track both vendor invoices and client invoices in conjunction with accounting team with related direct service responsibility.
Ability to manage a backlog, establish priorities, multi-task, and work proactively and independently. With a strong ability to coordinate and manage several projects at once.
Ability to partner with internal staff to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
Collaborate and meet regularly with GWS SVP and Director of Operations to ensure consistency across GREENWORK Studio.
Run Weekly GWS Team Meetings.
Ability to create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and works to support the functional infrastructure of the department/company.
Requires 3+ years managerial experience.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Previous experience with Microsoft O365 suite of products.
Collaborative and problem resolution.
