This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-impact content function that drives education, engagement, and conversion. About the Role This role will oversee the planning and execution of content initiatives across digital, social, email, blog, video, and more. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, performance, growth, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with brand goals and speaks directly to the consumer. We’re looking for someone with a sharp editorial eye, deep understanding of wellness consumers, and experience scaling content operations in a DTC or lifestyle brand environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Content Strategy: Own the content roadmap and set clear goals aligned with brand, acquisition, and retention strategies. Drive Performance: Use data to inform content creation, optimize existing assets, and continuously test new formats and channels. ️ Manage Storytelling: Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all consumer touchpoints. Oversee Content Calendar: Manage timelines and workflows for all content initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments. Support Multimedia Creation: Partner with creative and production teams to bring content ideas to life through video, written, and visual formats.
