OVERVIEW
The Senior Director of Business Operations oversees the strategic and operational management of the organization's Store Operations, IT and Human Resources (HR) functions. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between operational activities and the organization's mission. As a leader, this position focuses on driving operational excellence, promoting a collaborative culture, and contributing to the organization's financial sustainability. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director and assist in managing Executive and Board specific communication, Board of Directors and other department leaders to meet the short- and long-term goals and needs of the organization, and to enhance the mission.
