Base pay range $195,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
Job Overview:
Lead brand business & commercial go to market strategies for our luxury brand portfolio. This critical role bridges brand ambition and commercial execution, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring our portfolio is optimized for pricing, profitability, market activation, and long-term commercial success. Works hand in hand with global teams, sales force, and brand building teams to translate brand equity into real-world impact.
***The salary range for this role is $195,000- $220,000 annually. Actual base salary may vary based on: relevant experience, internal equity considerations, and geography. ***
Job Responsibilities:
Own and optimize global pricing strategy across luxury brands to support premium positioning, margin delivery, and market competitiveness.
Develop and maintain tiered pricing frameworks, value ladders, and guardrails to ensure consistency across channels and markets.
Partner with finance and regional commercial leads to model scenarios and guide pricing decisions in line with market dynamics.
Lead the execution of gifting, limited-edition, and value-engineered pack formats that drive incremental revenue while maintaining luxury standards.
Collaborate with Maisons, commercial teams, and supply chain teams to deliver compelling solutions that drive incrementality to the portfolio
Channel & Market Strategy
Define go-to-market strategies by channel to maximize reach, equity, and velocity.
Partner with regional and distributor teams to tailor brand strategies to priority markets and selling environments.
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to reinforce luxury leadership across the channel landscape.
Commercial Programming & Promotions
Design and lead annual commercial programming calendars that align with brand strategy and drive conversion across the path to purchase.
Build modular, locally adaptable toolkits for distributor partners and field teams.
Ensure promotions are strategically timed, legally compliant, and deliver against business KPIs.
Permanent Visibility & Retail Excellence
Oversee permanent visibility strategies, including branded displays, shelf systems, back-bar presence, and signature brand moments.
Partner with shopper marketing, design, and production agencies to deliver high-impact luxury executions at point of sale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Work in close partnership with Maisons, Brand Building, Sales, Customer/Regional Marketing, Advocacy Teams Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to execute flawlessly.
Lead a high-performing team and cultivate a culture of accountability, commercial thinking, and operational excellence.
Serve as a key contributor to business planning, forecasting, and brand performance reviews.
Job Qualifications:
10+ years of brand management, trade marketing, or commercial strategy experience, ideally within alcohol, or premium CPG.
Deep understanding of spirits distribution models, pricing mechanics, promotional frameworks, and retail/channel dynamics.
Experience building and executing commercial programs across markets.
Proven ability to translate brand strategy into business-driving market actions.
Strong financial and analytical acumen.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills; highly collaborative and solutions-oriented.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
