This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery across our most critical partnerships.

What you'll do:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. • Ensure successful contract negotiations that drive favorable terms and long-term partnerships with key accounts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships with senior stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead contract negotiations. • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and compliance to deliver tailored solutions for clients. • Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets. • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on account status and business development initiatives. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.• Accountable for achieving and exceeding revenue targets across key accounts in the US and Canada.• Responsible for developing revenue growth strategies and ensuring consistent financial performance within assigned accounts. Who you are:
·Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
·15+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the financial services or fintech industry.
·Experience managing senior sales professionals in multiple countries
·Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
·Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
