Position Overview
This Senior Director position is responsible to be the subject matter expert (SME) for Omni's Investment & Channel Planner (ICP) application. You will work closely with the Product and Tech functions within Annalect to ensure all calculations and data adjustments are functioning correctly. Furthermore, you will work closely with the CAO and the ICP stakeholder group to drive planning for future functionality and refinement.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Product and Tech teams to manage the math functionality within ICP
Ensure all Revenue, Reach, and other KPI predictions are calculating correctly
Ensure all data adjustments are calculating correctly
Manage the Platform reach data process
Provide specs to platforms for necessary data
Check the data quality and work with platform if changes are necessary
Work with the Tech team to ensure the data is processed for DB injestion
Manage the Local Market reach data process
Work with the local OMG teams to gather the local reach data
Manage the process to fill in the gaps and process the data for DB ingestion
Manage the process to gather CPMs
Work with the Global Annalect Measurement function to gather and process MMM/MTA results for the Revenue curves
Drive further functionality development improvements and net-new functionality
Work with the Annalect Measurement function to further develop the connection between the measurement process and the optimization process within ICP
Provide leadership with Product within the ICP stakeholder community to manage user requests
Required Skills And Qualifications 15+ years of overall relevant experience
5+ years of senior level experience at an integrated agency, marketing analytics or a consulting firm preferred
10+ years of people management experience
Experience and deep knowledge of the media planning and optimization process including
Budget setting and allocation
Channel and Audience allocation and optimization
Deep understanding around media math including reach deduplication
Knowledge of R is necessary, knowledge of Python is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Sciences or business/marketing related fields

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$157,500-$225,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
