Our award-winning agency client is seeking a Senior Director to provide leadership and counsel to clients and agency partners related to HCP & Patient Influencer Marketing. This role requires someone that has deep Healthcare / HCP influencer and agency experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Manhattan. Responsibilities
Account Leadership/Client Management: Lead client communications and actively participate in client calls and meetings. Play a pivotal role in business pitches and client presentations. Develop relationships with HCP and Patient Influencers, creating and leading Advisory Boards, where applicable. Manage HCP and patient influencer marketing campaigns across multiple accounts concurrently. Lead high-performing teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring client objectives are met. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to foster a cooperative work environment. Educate clients and internal teams on the value of influencer marketing. Develop creative and compelling strategies, thinking beyond sponsored content. Oversee execution of campaigns, including identification, negotiation, legal approvals, and measurement. Maintain consistent knowledge of clients and industry trends, providing thought leadership. Business Operations: Demonstrate accountability for revenue forecasting and recognition. Generate and negotiate Scopes of Work, oversee Purchase Orders, and manage client budgets. Participate in client Quarterly Business Review meetings. This Position Is A Perfect Fit For You If:

Experience in Influencer marketing, with a focus/specialization in HCP and Patient Influencers. Ability to educate and speak fluently to MLR teams including the development and presentation of a concept deck (both HCPs and patients). Proactive and hungry with a strategic mindset. Proven leadership experience with superior relationship-building skills. Ability to connect with clients and develop meaningful partnerships. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Experience with paid social media in support of HCP and patient influencer campaigns. Passion for the health and wellness space.
