Senior Director, Engineering

What You’ll Be Doing: Set the long-term vision and technical direction for the Forward Engineering organization.
Drive architecture and strategy for building scalable, reliable infrastructure used by developers worldwide.
Lead multiple teams through senior engineering managers, creating alignment across product, engineering, and design.
Serve as a key voice in company-wide technical decisions, balancing innovation with operational stability.
Build and scale an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture focused on learning, accountability, and delivery.
Partner with executive leadership to align engineering goals with overall business objectives. What We'll Expect From You:
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years leading large, cross-functional engineering organizations.
Demonstrated success scaling cloud infrastructure products and platforms.
Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence at the company level.
Deep experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant architectures, and developer platforms.
Proven ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a track record of delivering results in high-growth environments.

We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $227,000 - $283,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
