: What will you work on?
The Senior Director, DTC Growth Marketing is responsible for driving profitability and revenue growth for Melissa Doug’s DTC channels, inclusive of .com, retail store social commerce. You will develop the long-term vision strategy to deliver ongoing revenue growth advancement of DTC capabilities for the organization. How will you create impact? Be a thought leader for the organization and Executive Leadership teams on best practices to deliver long-term profitable growth in the DTC channel Develop Social Commerce strategy through leading platforms like Tik Tok Shop, but also explore emerging platforms to establish our brand directly connect with shoppers Manage current roster of agencies tech partners, while assessing optimal go-forward partnership needs Oversee paid Search Affiliate programs, while partnering with Brand team on full marketing mix plans to help drive DTC traffic revenue Provide a view of industry best practices and have an understanding of a broad set of technology to ensure the maintenance of an efficient, leading-edge platform delivering measurable growth. Collaborate with the Brand Creative team on bringing the MD brand and campaigns to life across our owned DTC channels Manage an ongoing measurement learning agenda to optimize site performance marketing spend Lead, develop coach a high performing team
What are your skills and experience? 10+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on leading growth of brands in the DTC channel. Preferred experience leading brands with multi-channel distribution, not just D2C availability. Proven track record in growing businesses through digital marketing tactics Deep proficiency in paid social, social commerce and digital ad buying platforms and associated ad tech A deep understanding of the full D2C tech stack and ability to leverage a portfolio of tools to deliver the D2C products best suited for agility and rapid business growth Experience with robust measurement and learning agendas, that can provide insights for more optimal marketing practices Demonstrated expertise in transforming brand strategy into successful in-market media commerce strategy A collaborative approach to ideation and execution, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred
