The hiring range for this role is: $172,326.41 - $282,228.46
This range reflects the current estimate of pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and organizational needs. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive .

Job Description Summary This role provides strategic leadership for the Federal Employee Program, focusing on reducing care delivery costs and improving quality metrics. Responsibilities include overseeing benefit management, promoting health equity, developing clinical programs, analyzing health outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Mentoring staff and building a collaborative environment are also key components.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for case and disease management, mental health programs, utilization management, and coding to enhance engagement and outcomes. Ensure nationwide program delivery, cost containment, and health equity. (30%)
Collaborate on equity initiatives, develop programs, recommend system changes, and create performance metrics. Oversee compliance and stakeholder readiness. (25%)
Lead clinical and quality initiatives, ensure consistent service delivery across vendors, and represent clinical interests in negotiations. (25%)
Manage and motivate a team, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment. (20%)
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in allied Health, Pharmacy, Business, or equivalent; clinical degrees a plus.
Experience: 12+ years in health plan or clinical experience.
Skills: Proficiency in IT, understanding of healthcare industry trends, excellent communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making abilities.
