What the Senior Director, Business Development does at Worldwide
This role involves representing and promoting Worldwide Clinical Trials within a specific geographical territory or key accounts, aiming to establish long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships. The role includes identifying new contact leads for potential services.
What you will do
Achieve individual revenue and sales objectives through proactive sales and marketing of Worldwide’s services to assigned clients.
Identify new contact leads for potential clinical, bioanalytical, and ADME business.
Develop and implement strategies for individual, territory, and key accounts to grow and retain the client base.
Coordinate and attend trade shows, including making arrangements and managing hospitality suites. Ensure activities run smoothly and within budget.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans.
What you will bring to the role

Your experience
BA/BS in business or life sciences
MS or MBA preferred
Four to six years of experience in Bioanalytical Laboratory, Central Laboratory, Phase I, IIB Clinical Research, or CRO industries, with at least eight years of prior sales experience.
