Senior Director, Business Development & Market Strategy

Healio Strategic Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Director of Business Development and Market Strategy to expand our work supporting life sciences and medical device clients. Responsibilities include selling strategic solutions, prospecting new business, maintaining existing accounts, developing strategies for disease awareness and launch programs, and traveling to conventions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in medical communications, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.

The position offers a base salary of $135,000 to $145,000, with additional commissions. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible schedule.
