Overview We need an ambitious, strategic leader to become the Senior Director of Automation and Artificial Intelligence at AAA Life and drive the biggest change in the company’s history. The Opportunity AAA Life has the unique ability to access tens of millions of existing AAA customers. We have embarked on a mission to double in size - becoming one of the largest providers in the US. Responsibilities Rewrite the Future of AAA Life—Or Be Consumed by It. This is not a theoretical exercise or a purely advisory position. It will be a hands-on role that will transform how we do business. Implementing AI models that do real work at the core of our operations is essential for supporting our growth, reshaping our company's backbone. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying these models. These projects are expected to deliver multi-million dollar returns to AAA Life. We need production-ready systems that analyze risk, optimize workflows, predict customer needs, and support decision-making at scale. You will manage the ethical, operational, and financial risks of AI implementation, ensuring each model provides measurable value. As Senior Director of Automation and AI, you will lead a team of lean Six Sigma black belts and technical experts to drive this transformation. The entire organization supports this change, but challenges will arise. You must communicate solutions effectively to deeply entrenched experts, earning their trust and challenging their assumptions. Ultimately, your work will shape the foundation of how AAA Life operates for years to come.
