We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Art Director to lead the design and execution of integrated advertising campaigns. In this role, you will oversee the creative process from concept through final production, collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and project managers. You will ensure that all work aligns with strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of visual storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team, mentor junior designers, and present creative concepts to clients. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, balancing creativity, deadlines, and client expectations. Your work will directly influence brand messaging and contribute to the overall success of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Accountabilities As Senior Art Director, you will: ·         Conceptualize, develop, and design creative content based on strategic direction for digital and traditional campaigns. ·         Collaborate with senior art staff and copywriters to create layouts, storyboards, and final designs for client and internal projects. ·         Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. ·         Lead and mentor entry-level designers and art directors, allocating tasks and managing external freelancers as needed. ·         Maintain high-quality standards across all creative output, providing direction and leadership to the team. ·         Work closely with editorial, project management, and other departments to ensure project deadlines are met. ·         Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders as required.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have: ·         4–8 years of creative experience, preferably in a digital agency environment. ·         Pharmaceutical or medical device marketing experience is preferred. ·         Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). ·         Strong experience with Figma and digital design tools. ·         Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach. ·         Experience managing and mentoring junior designers/art directors. ·         A portfolio demonstrating strong digital and integrated campaign work; pharmaceutical marketing samples preferred.
