Job Summary Andy Frain Services is looking for a highly motivated individual that is multi-task-oriented to manage a Security contract. The role involves managing Supervisors and staff, overseeing performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts, and ensuring a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel. The Security Director will support various security needs, establish relationships with local authorities, and demonstrate strong leadership aligned with Andy Frain Services Core Values and compliance standards. Responsibilities/Duties Oversee all functions related to security operations, ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Lead security staff, conduct training, and manage staffing plans. Develop and implement security procedures, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety systems. Coordinate with clients and authorities, prepare reports, and manage administrative tasks. Perform inspections, oversee post operations, and ensure staff adherence to post orders. Manage personnel issues, including counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years in security management, loss prevention, or related fields. Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet licensing requirements. CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus. Skills and Abilities Knowledge of security operations, safety devices, and management practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams, handle stressful situations, and adapt to changing environments. Working Conditions Requires physical and mental capacity to perform essential functions, including handling stressful situations, working overtime, and physical activity.
