POSITION GOAL
Provide leadership and collaboration at the middle and high school level to ensure the development, implementation and assessment of school counseling programs benefit all students to help achieve maximum success in school.
ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
An earned master's degree from an accredited institution in School Counseling, Counselor Education, or a related field.
A minimum of two (2) years of school counseling or related experience.
Valid Florida Department of Education Certification in School Counseling.
Ability to work with diverse groups.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Computer skills as required for the position.
