The RD Principal Delivery Director will oversee the effective delivery of services on the platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals, optimizes costs, and enhances customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. By combining technical expertise with business leadership, this role will ensure that the foundational services and infrastructure align with strategic business objectives and operate with maximum reliability and efficiency.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's Degree with related and documented progressive experience - or - an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Trained and applied experience in best practice inside and outside sales methodology
• Additional education preferred
• 10+ years Experience in a technology leadership role, with a strong background in software development and managing platform services, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Experience in a heavily-regulated industry may be required depending on the sector.
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
