Director Sales Excellence HSS
You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Leader and you’ll work out of our Dallas, Houston or Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall performance and success of our sales team by developing and implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure our sales team operates at its peak performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and drive the Sales Excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives in HSS
• Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 8+ years of experience Sales Excellence.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
