Position Summary: Account Manager The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, driving revenue through strategic account development, and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints. This role plays a vital part in strengthening our market position within the metal manufacturing sector, particularly in defense and aerospace. Key Responsibilities Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for growth Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with customer needs and company goals Prepare and present technical quotations; lead contract negotiations Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to support client discussions Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams Track account performance and report KPIs to leadership Maintain a strong presence in the market through relationship-building and networking Required Experience 5+ years in technical sales or account management within metal or machining industries Experience with gear manufacturing and aerospace clients preferred Skilled in technical quoting and blueprint interpretation Proven success in managing and expanding customer accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Epicor ERP experience is a plus Strong professional references from clients and supervisors Qualifications Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude Alignment with our mission, values, and dedication to innovation Individual contributor role with high visibility and impact
