As we continue to expand, were looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team across multiple service lines. Position Overview: As the Sales Director, youll take ownership of our sales operations, managing a team of reps, setting and tracking performance goals, and helping drive revenue across our residential, commercial, and gutter divisions. This is a leadership position for someone with strong roofing or construction sales experience whos ready to coach a team and hit aggressive growth targets.
