About the RoleAs Director of Sales for California and Hawaii, you'll lead the charge in delivering Treasury Wine Estates' (TWE) Bold annual sales goals across these key markets. You'll work closely with distributor partners and internal teams to drive volume, value, and distribution growth. This role is pivotal in shaping market strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring executional excellence across channels.
