Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM What You’ll Do: Build strong, meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families. Position our community as the go-to choice in senior living. Unleash your creativity by organizing engaging and memorable social events. Mentor, coach, and support staff to provide an exceptional experience for families and prospects. Lead with passion—set the standard and be willing to jump in when needed. Maintain a clean driving record (you’ll have access to a company car). Live our values daily— Professionalism, Commitment, Integrity, and Compassion. Be open to learning and growing under the guidance of our experienced leaders. Bonus Points If You Have: Multi-family housing experience
Sales experience (especially in senior living)
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
A relationship-focused, goal-driven mindset
A positive, team-oriented attitude
