JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to both the COO and to the Group Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Sales & Marketing department consisting of a team of 20+ employees.

Job scope:
Definition of the sales action plan
Developing annual sales action plan, qualitative and quantitative sales objectives and individual margin levels, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, priority sales targets.
Analyzing specific market data (trends, needs, potential, competition), sales deployment strategy, defining collective and individual KPIs.
Identifying and proposing solutions to optimize the commercial range and sales processes.
Implementation of the sales action plan
Prospecting for new markets, identifying potential needs, detecting new business opportunities, building customer loyalty, negotiating contractual content with strategic or sensitive accounts, developing long-term relationships with business partners.
Periodically reviewing the sales results of the portfolio, analyzing sales performance, proposing improvements to the action plan, monitoring and readjusting sales forecasts, handling customer disputes.
Filling-in the economic indicators in the customer database, ensuring monthly reporting, monitoring the P&L account, participating in the definition of the objectives for the following year.
Monitoring the competition: market analysis, trends, positioning, strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, risks.
Management of the salesforce or network
Recruiting the sales representatives assigned to the portfolio, training them in products and sales techniques, supporting them in their development of skills, providing support during customer contacts.
Setting and monitoring the achievement of individual objectives and dedicated priority actions.
Organizing and coordinating the collective commercial action, ensuring compliance with the commercial strategies defined upstream and following-up procedures (commercial activity reports and commercial dashboards).
Leading periodic individual and collective reviews with the team, encouraging feedback, identifying progress and professional difficulties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
PROFILE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related filed, 10 to 20 years of significant experience in Sales and Management
Technical background, ideally printing and/or packaging, or another relevant field
Experience with a European company is a plus
Strengths:
