Job Title: Sales Director - NY/NJ
Location: New York / New Jersey Region Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 to 4 days per week in-office About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to lead growth initiatives in the NY/NJ region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding our presence in a key strategic market.
You will be responsible for leading regional sales efforts from prospecting through close, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing client accounts. If you are a strategic thinker who thrives on exceeding goals and making a measurable impact, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle sales efforts in the NY/NJ market, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a variety of sectors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts to maximize retention and upsell potential. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and success. Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reporting. Qualifications: 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or consultative selling environment. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and drive business growth. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage a pipeline, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Familiarity with the NY/NJ regional market and existing industry contacts is a strong plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
