A hunter mindset aggressive in pursuit of new business and fearless in high-stakes negotiations. Deep knowledge of the semiconductor supply chain, distributors, reps, and global sales dynamics. Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring, developing, and scaling sales teams. Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills. Highly analytical, data-driven decision-maker.
