Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts across a key region. This is a player/coach role ideal for a senior sales leader who thrives on both closing deals and mentoring high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, a strong sales methodology, and the ability to drive measurable growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role is critical in executing regional go-to-market strategies and accelerating the company’s broader revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities
Own and exceed regional revenue targets through a combination of personal execution and team leadership
Actively lead sales cycles and close high-value deals with enterprise and/or government clients
Recruit, onboard, and develop a top-tier sales team in the region
Create and manage regional sales plans aligned with company-wide objectives
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey
Build strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts and strategic partners
Provide detailed sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
Monitor regional market dynamics, competitor movements, and emerging technology trends Required Experience & Qualifications
10-15+ years of success in B2B or B2G tech sales, consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar targets
Experience in both quota-carrying individual contributor and sales leadership roles
Demonstrated success scaling regional teams in growth-focused environments
Strong grasp of sales methodologies (, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
Familiarity or expertise with solutions in areas such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Cyber AI Cybersecurity Threat Detection & Exposure Management Attack Surface Management
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
High level of personal drive, strategic thinking, and business acumen Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into enterprise or public sector stakeholders (, CISO, CIO, VP Security)
Strong track record in regional sales leadership across North America or global markets
