This role is a key senior sales position responsible for driving new business growth by showcasing the value of advanced performance marketing services to prospective clients. The Sales Director will identify and qualify leads, build compelling proposals, and close deals that contribute directly to the company’s revenue targets. The position involves strategic outreach via multiple channels, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining strong client relationships post-sale. You will play an integral role in expanding market presence and achieving ambitious sales goals, working both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team. Accountabilities
Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients based on an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Present and clearly demonstrate the value of performance marketing solutions to prospective clients.
Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
Conduct account audits to assess opportunities and recommend strategies.
Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and manage leads in the CRM system.
Monitor and report on sales performance against monthly recurring revenue (MRR) quotas.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand client connections.
Stay updated on current marketing trends to position offerings competitively.
Participate in weekly team calls and training sessions to align on strategy and best practices.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in the marketing sector.
Proven track record selling performance marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, PR, and Website solutions.
Strong ability to independently generate new business through outbound channels.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with working autonomously while being receptive to coaching and contributing to team objectives.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot Sales Hub, and ZoomInfo.
Deep understanding of marketing industry dynamics and client needs.
