After receiving a Series A, the company are scaling rapidly and are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to accelerate growth in the US market. What You’ll Do Lead high-value sales initiatives targeting hedge funds and institutional clients Build and nurture strategic client relationships through direct, in-person engagement Master the ins and outs of our product suite to deliver compelling, tailored value propositions Drive pipeline development and close deals in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting Collaborate across product, engineering, and client success teams to ensure seamless delivery What We’re Looking For Experience in hedge fund financing, ideally from a top-tier hedge fund or prime broker (Senior VP / Director level or above) Deep understanding of financing mechanics, including swaps, debit financing, securities lending, financing wallet, capital usage, and margin Technically curious and eager to engage with innovative technology platforms Proven ability to close complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Reliable, proactive, and a pleasure to work with – a team player who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious culture Why Join Us?
