We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented sales director to be responsible for directing our sales teams to improve their performance and help them to achieve their goals. The sales director's responsibilities include developing strategic plans, preparing budgets, coordinating sales training programs, directing sales activities, and ensuring the growth of the company's sales. Overall, the sales director looks for ways to increase the company's revenue and sales.
To be a successful sales director, you should be a natural leader and have the ability to inspire and motivate your workforce. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our debt solutions business unit. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the debt solutions business unit. Work closely with the senior management team to assess the sales team's performance and overseeing the performance management of underperforming staff members. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Experienced in Debt Settlement Processes. Experienced in Loan Flip. Lead and mentor a team of debt relief specialists, providing guidance and support. Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. Train and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the debt solutions industry. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized. In-depth knowledge of debt relief options, including consolidation, settlement, and bankruptcy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
