Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve occupancy and revenue, develop relationships with referral sources, and coordinate marketing activities. Lead sales processes, conduct outside business development calls, and oversee a team of marketing and sales staff. Develop marketing strategies, monitor sales performance, and ensure effective use of lead management systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living or related industries. Valid driver’s license for travel. Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and relevant regulations. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Includes standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent travel.
