RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center are currently seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join an established group as Assistant Director of Neonatology for employment in Livingston, NJ.

Designed to support the growing demand for services in Northern New Jersey, this role allows for tremendous career growth and mentor opportunities. Ideal candidates will be excited to work alongside a team of 9 Neonatologists, several Neonatal Hospitalists and Neonatal APPs in our 56 bed Level III NICU with over 6,500 deliveries per year. Our division has access to pediatric subspecialties, pediatric surgical support, total body hypothermia, high-frequency ventilation (HFOV and VDR), NAVA ventilator, INO and regional transport service.

Care provided primarily in a 56 bed in-patient unit Work closely with large support staff to assure quality and best practices are delivered daily Various mentor and teaching opportunities

Qualifications:

Board-Certified in Neonatology NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ Minimum 10+ years of experience Previous leadership experience is preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $275,000 to $430,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
