Objective of Position :
The RVP, Sales Director is responsible for managing sales efforts and results, generating new business, increasing profitability, and maintaining credit quality within an assigned region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximizes BFG's ability to source incremental business from current vendors while maintaining proper discipline to seek new vendors.
Attends trade shows, national meetings, and conducts vendor site visits to generate new business opportunities.
Manages vendor program initiatives, including works with the VP, Credit to structure vendor or market specific financing programs, negotiates and structures vendor specific program agreements, and enforces market segment and vendor specific pricing metrics.
Reviews, analyzes, and establishes secondary channels for new business origination (3rd party broker business, referral programs, former borrower solicitation, etc.) and establishes processes for servicing these channels.
Performs a variety of routine daily tasks, including preparation and review of various weekly and monthly reports; prepares correspondence.
Resolves problems within given authority.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of relevant experience in Leasing Sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop, communicate and implement plans that support the overall goals of the Bank.
Be recognized as a strategic thinker and creative problem solver.
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Be self-motivated and an effective time and project manager with a strong attention to detail.
Have strong change management, organizational and planning capabilities.
Ability to identify, understand and define problems, evaluate alternatives, set priorities, manage projects, and implement high quality solutions.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to directly manage and communicate multiple projects and priorities depending on organizational needs and strategies.
Possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.
