We look forward to meeting you!Benefits:Excellent PayHealth, Dental, Vision InsurancePTOExcellent Company CultureTrue Opportunity for Growth$5,000 Sign-On BonusResponsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):Coordinate total nursing care for residentsImplement specific procedures and programsParticipate with the Director of Nursing Services and the Nurse Manager inestablishing specific goalsComply with all operating policies and procedures, state requirements, Department of Health regulations, and Federal Health Care Administration regulationsProvide daily reports and other periodic reports and perform other appropriate nursing duties as needed.Essential Duties of the ADON:Ensure quality performance and conformance with regulation and laws and participate in the QA/CQI processParticipate in state/federal nursing home survey process and write resultant plan of corrections and ensure they are carried outLeads the center's Infection Control process and assigns completion of preadmission assessments on a timely basisSupervises, educates and coaches other nursing personnel/care-giving staff, as well as implements in-service and training programs.Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.Stays informed about changes in the field of nursing.
