This is a hybrid role, requiring both administrative leadership and hands-on clinical expertise. The ideal candidate will be comfortable putting on scrubs, running a room, circulating, and working alongside their team.Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the surgical services department. Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled surgical professionals. Manage department resources, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting. Implement performance improvement initiatives and best practices. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.Qualifications: Current RN license in the State of California (Required) Bachelor's degree in nursing (Required) - MSN (Preferred) Recent circulating experience (Required) 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (Manager or above) in surgical services (Preferred) Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) (Preferred) Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) (Preferred)Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
