Qualifications and Experience: Current RN license At least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care Prior DON experience is highly preferred Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with employees and families CPR certification The RN Director of Nursing Services will be responsible for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents, supervising nurses as nurse manager, and overseeing daily clinical operations.
