Overview Director of Agency Partnerships for SMG, partnered exclusively by Sphere Digital Recruitment Group. Lead agency relationships across North America for a leading Retail Media business. This role is based in New York City with hybrid working (1-2 days in office) and a total compensation package reflecting the base pay range and additional package components. Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr. NYC hybrid working arrangement. As the first in the door, you will help shape the future of retail media by driving new investment, building strategic partnerships with top agencies, and supporting North American growth.
