Restaurant Director Chick-fil-A is seeking caring, ambitious, and growth-minded leaders with a passion for excellence to join our team! Restaurant Directors lead our business in a high capacity. This position requires an orientation towards accomplishing great business results and fostering strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities Provide strategic ownership over at least one area of the business (e.g. Drive Thru, Inventory, Front Counter, Training). Specific areas of operational and administrative responsibility will rotate periodically among members of the Director Team. Utilize data to develop systems and strategies that foster continuous improvement. Provide daily leadership and support to restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and satisfaction Regularly function as a shift leader on duty, which includes: shift planning and coordination, stewardship of restaurant assets, and meeting all guest needs with excellence Motivate employees and utilize leadership skills through ongoing training, development, and follow up As a senior leader on duty, serve as first responder for miscellaneous restaurant needs (guests needs, facilities issues, administrative support) ·       Function as a Pack Leader. Pack Leaders are relationship leads for 10-20 team members. Pack Leaders perform regular check-ins and administer formal, periodic evaluations for their pack members. ·       Oversee and mentor shift leaders, team leaders, and team members in both a structured and organic manner ·       Work among a team of peer-leaders in a highly collaborative and cooperative setting.

Sundays excluded. * Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment * Must possess strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills * Must be able to legally operate a work vehicle * Must be 18 years or older * Must be able to frequently stand, walk, reach above shoulders, bend, lift and/or carry up to 40lbs, and work closely with others.
