Requirements: 3 years of proven General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant. Demonstrated success in financial management, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. A deep understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
