Director of Operations Objectives:
Collaborate with leadership on development and growth plans
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
Work closely with ownership on new initiatives and projects
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
Director of Operations Qualifications:
5-10 years in a senior leadership role
Michelin / Forbes background
Hands-on leader
Well-versed in all areas of finance, guest satisfaction, production, and employee management and retention
Proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
