Responsibilities include managing the sales department, including direct sales, follow-up, administration, staffing, training, and coaching. The role also involves managing budgets, forecasts, advertising, marketing, and business plans for up to one hotel. Management associates are expected to work as needed, with overtime applicable for OEM associates.
