Shop Location - South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Shift/Schedule - Monday- Friday, 7am start. Weekends off

Summary
The Rental Management Associate position is a structured 18-24 month program that offers comprehensive training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. You will take part in operational and administrative tasks, supporting both location and regional management while gaining insight into every aspect of our business.
Essential Functions
Manage the sales process for inbound and outbound calls.
Ensure data accuracy within the company’s marketing database.
Generate leads for rentals, leases, and used vehicle sales.
Oversee rental asset processes, including maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Achieve market share targets by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
Adhere to compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Address customer concerns and disputes to foster strong relationships and expand our customer base.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate as an On-Call Representative as needed, based on scheduling and supervisor directives.
Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Preferred: One year or more of customer service experience involving issue resolution.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary.

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, work location, and market data. Compensation ranges for this position are as follows:
Pay Type:
Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $50,000
Maximum Pay Range: $52,000
