Your Role & Responsibilities As the Rehabilitation Director, you will be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team. You'll manage and mentor our rehabilitation staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Act as a mentor and leader for all members of the rehabilitation team (Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists).

Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate treatment schedules, manage patient minutes, and ensure appropriate RUGS categorization for Med A patients.

Clinical & Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of all clinical programs, assist in developing new programs, and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Compliance & Billing: Ensure compliance with all facility policies, monitor billing accuracy (HCPCS codes), and manage authorization for various payor sources.

Interdepartmental Communication: Serve as a liaison between the rehabilitation department, facility management, and the regional manager.

Qualifications We're looking for a qualified professional with a strong background in rehabilitation and leadership. Education: Graduate of an accredited university with a degree (MS, MA, BS, BA, or Associate's) in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Therapy (SLP) .

Licensure: Hold a current state license and/or registration in your applicable discipline.
