Overview REHAB DIRECTOR (PTA/SLP/OT) role at Liberty Health . We are currently seeking an experienced REHAB DIRECTOR (PTA/SLP/OT) to lead our rehab team and coordinate care for patients and their families in a multidisciplinary setting. In-house therapy with local management support.

Responsibilities Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Qualifications EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. EXPERIENCE: Previous Rehab SNF and Management experience is Preferred.
