Director of Rehab - Open to COTA and PTA Candidates

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director to join our skilled nursing facility in Spencer, TN!

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. Youll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents lives.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a COTA or PTA

Bachelors or Masters degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
