Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and other community leaders to develop service lines and expand access to outstanding care. Shape programs that support families from pregnancy through childhood—making a lasting impact in the community. Mentor and develop nurse leaders , fostering an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. Guide financial and operational performance , ensuring quality care while maximizing resource utilization.
