Department/Unit Summary The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. 1 of 3 Geriatric Psych Units in OR 5:1 Ratio 12 Hour Shifts How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
