As the Registered Nurse Director of Surgical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the surgical services department, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the success of the department.
