You have 5+ years of experience, working as a Regional Sales Manager/Director. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field. Sales Experience : Relevant sales experience (e.g. territory growth, account management or business development) with consistent KPI’s preferred. People Management : Direct experience managing teams consisting of 6-8 members in a multi-state territory. Technical Aptitude : Strong mechanical and technical understanding required to engage with customers effectively. Travel-Ready : Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, including both domestic and international trips to support sales meetings, client engagement, and business forecasting activities; overnight travel may also be required based on business needs. Presentation Skills: Strong communication skills with experience in product demonstrations a plus.
