Regional Director of Sales
Location:
Hybrid (Travel ~1 week/month)
Compensation:
$150K base / $245K OTE (uncapped)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic sales leader to oversee a team of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers. This is a strategic leadership role focused on upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a high-performing account management team to achieve individual and team booking goals
Drive strategic growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
Identify and mitigate at-risk accounts to ensure retention
Hire, onboard, and develop account managers at multiple levels
Deliver content-driven client experiences and lead client-facing events
Collaborate with peers across the organization to contribute to company culture and sales excellence
Travel to client meetings and events as needed (~1 week/month)
Requirements
8+ years of experience in a sales role (account management or new business), with at least 2 years of people management experience
Proven ability to lead teams that focus on expanding existing client relationships, not just renewals
Experience in technology or cybersecurity preferred, but not required
Strong coaching mindset, collaborative leadership style, and high emotional intelligence
